Cookie Policy

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the website to remember certain information about your visit — for example, whether you have accepted the cookie notice — and can help the website function properly or help us understand how it is being used. Cookies do not identify you personally; they identify your browser or device.

Cookies we use

We use four categories of cookies, described below. You can manage your preferences for the optional categories in the section further down this page.

Essential cookies — always active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. Without them, services such as the contact form and cookie preference memory cannot operate. They do not track you for marketing purposes and cannot be disabled.

Examples: cookie consent record, session management.

Analytics cookies — optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are visited most often, how long visitors spend on them, and where they arrive from. This information is used to improve the website. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

Provider: Google Analytics (if enabled).

Marketing cookies — optional

These cookies are used to make advertising more relevant to you. They track visits across websites and may be used to show you advertising related to services you have previously considered. We use these only where you have consented.

May include: Facebook Pixel, Bing Ads (if enabled).

Preference cookies — optional

These cookies remember your settings and choices to provide a more personalised experience when you return to the website.

Examples: language and display preferences.

Third-party cookies

Where analytics, marketing, or preference cookies are enabled, third-party providers — such as Google Analytics or advertising networks — may place their own cookies on your device. These providers have their own privacy and cookie policies which are independent of ours.

Cookie duration

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a specified period — typically between one month and two years, depending on the cookie's purpose — unless you delete them earlier through your browser settings.

Your cookie preferences

You can manage your preferences for optional cookie categories below. Your choices are saved to your browser's local storage.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings. Instructions for common browsers are below.

Google Chrome

Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data. You can block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or manage exceptions for specific sites. To delete existing cookies, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

Mozilla Firefox

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security. Under "Enhanced Tracking Protection" you can choose Standard, Strict, or Custom. To manage or delete cookies, scroll to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click "Manage Data".

Apple Safari

Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy. You can block all cookies or prevent cross-site tracking. To remove existing cookies, click "Manage Website Data" and remove individual sites or all stored data.

Microsoft Edge

Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data. Toggle "Block third-party cookies" or manage specific site permissions. To delete cookies, go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.

Note that disabling cookies may affect how the website functions. Essential cookies cannot be blocked through our preferences panel but can be removed through browser settings (though doing so will reset your cookie consent record).

Your rights

You have the right to withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time by updating your preferences above or adjusting your browser settings. Where analytics or marketing cookies have been active, please note that data already collected by third-party providers cannot be retroactively deleted through this page. You should contact the relevant provider directly for data deletion requests.
